How can I pay?
You can pay online either by PayPal or if you do not have a PayPal account you can take the option to pay later. You will then be contacted by the company and asked if you would like to pay a PayPal invoice by credit card (where you still do not have to have a paypal account) or receive our company bank details to make an electronic transfer of funds.
Do I have to pay VAT or Duty?
If you live in the EU then you have to pay the Spanish IVA which is 16%.
If you live outside of the EU you will not be charged VAT/IVA. However you may be asked to pay import duty and or tax when the goods arrive at there final destination. Please check with your local official government office for the various rates.

Delivery Times and costs
What is the delivery time?
The manufacturing time is normally 1-2 weeks from order. We then need up to 3-5 working days to deliver depending on where you are located. So from order to receipt of the goods is around 8-15 working days.
Can I get products sooner?
Products like towels and cushions can be obtained sooner but the delivery date is dependent on the products in you shopping cart so the delivery date will always be calculated by the product with the longest lead time which is Bed Linen.
However new boat deliveries are often delayed by the manufacturer so we get products put back so please feel free to contact us either by phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery needs.
What are the delivery costs?
The costs of delivery is calculated by the maximum size box and weight for that country. This is then subsidised by the amount you spend so the delivery charge can be less even though you are purchasing more. Generally the further from our factory and warehouse you are the delivery will be higher.

Order quantities
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum quantities but obviously there is a minimum amount that is economical to deliver so providing you are prepared to pay that cost we will deliver your order. If you find that the delivery cost is too high please contact us and we will try to find a more cost effective way to deliver your order. This usually results in an extended and less reliable delivery time scale.
Can I order extras like pillows or a spare fitted sheet?
When you build your quote using our Quote/Order on line part of the web site. Each cabin breakdown allows you to select the number of items that you want in each cabin. Therefore it is easy to add extra pillows or fitted sheets or even upgrade to memory foam toppers and pillows. It is simple and flexible and you only pay for what you need.

Materials
What are the materials?
The top surfaces are made from man made polyesters and percales. These are specially designed for the boat market and are strong but light weight and easily washed and dried with the minimum or no pressing. The sheets and the undersides of the pillows and duvets are 100% high quality cotton percale which is fully breathable and soft to touch. All our materials including the piping are pre shrunk and fully machine washable at 40 degrees Celsius.

What is a Shaped sheet?
A shaped sheet is the sheet that fits on top of the mattress that your body lies on. Shaped sheets are specifically made to fit the shape of the mattress. This gives a much better fit and generally stays in place better.
At TMS we shape the sheet to match the mattress it is then held on top the bed with our unique patented eyelet and bungee cord fixing method which holds the sheet in all directions . This keeps the the sheet in position and reduces the need to keep remaking the beds which is difficult when space is at a premium on most boats . It then only needs to be removed for washing.
What is a Duvet?
A duvet or sometimes call continental quilt is a plain quilt that goes into a decorative outer cover. They can be made of man made fibres or natural fillings like birds feathers.
TMS duvets are made of a special moisture resistant silicon hollow fibre ideal for moist conditions like on boats. It is then covered and quilted both sides with breathable cotton percale. They are fully machine washable.
What is 4.5 and 10 Tog rating on the duvets?
A Tog is a unit of measurement for the warmth of a quilt. It can also be shown as grams per square metre. The rating is important because depending where you are cruising will depend on the tog rating.
TMS recommend a 4.5 tog for summer use or warm climates. However you will be given the opportunity to have either a 4.5 tog or 10 tog duvet with your order. If you tend to use your boat at colder times of the year then we recommend that you go for a 10 tog Duvet this is made up of 2 duvets that are held together by press studs. If you get warm you can simply remove one of the duvets and be left with a light weight summer duvet. You then can put them back together as the nights get cooler giving you total flexibility.
What are the Pillows made from?
TMS's standard pillows are an Anti Allergic hollow fibre that has been micro ball filled to give a luxurious soft feel. They are covered with a soft 100% cotton outer cover and are fully machine washable.
They have a zip at one end allowing you to re plump the fibres making them feel like new again. You can remove stuffing to soften the pillow also if you wish.
Memory Foam Toppers?
Memory foam toppers are the ideal way to improve the quality and feel of a tired or even hard mattress. TMS use a 50 mm thick foam made by the market leader which is then covered with a washable removable cover. These are held in place with our fitted sheet to make sure that they do not move on the mattress.
What are Memory Foam Pillows?
Our memory foam pillows are made from a solid piece of specially chosen foam to help support you while you sleep they are both breathable and hygienic. They are covered with an Aloe Vera cover which can be removed for washing.
What are Sleeping sacks used for?
Sleeping sacks are used for saloon areas and parts of the boat where it is not viable to make a fitted or shaped sheet. They also provide privacy because it allows for one's personal space when having to share a double cabin with someone else.

What is the TMS guarantee?
We guarantee all our products for 2 years against problems arising from normal domestic use in accordance with care instructions.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your delivery, please inform us within 14 days. We will issue you replacement goods or a full refund accordingly provided goods are returned unused.
What if my fitted sheet of any other product does not fit properly?
Before we manufacture anything we go to great lengths to make sure we have the correct shapes.
In the very rare event that a product does not fit as well as it should we first contact the manufacturer and make sure we have the correct pattern and enquire if they have made any changes. If we are still not convinced then we would commission one of our local dealers to template the mattress.
